| X4254 Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} X4254 GOSHAWK(Aero Engine)(Codename for 20HP Car / Aero Engine after Kestrel(Aero Engine)) 11. LOCKING OF OIL SCREW ON UNIVERSAL JOINT. I have just noticed in Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 1/LG17821, that you propose to take away the split pin we have used for locking the above piece. I think this is a mistake, as it is utterly impossible to screw up a screw driver screw on a fibre washer in such a manner as to keep it tight. If the oil plug was in the form of a hexagon screwed up tight with a spanner, then certainly I agree with you, but I do not agree where a screw driver screw is used. BY.. By FC SEP 5 RECEIVED.
