Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter GSB/RJC. of the 3rd inst., in answer to our EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/T of the 2nd inst.

We regret that our enquiry was of a rather vague nature. We would state, however, that the information we thought you might be kind enough to give us was as regards suitable size and insulation of wire, i.e. a specification of the actual wire which it would be suitable to order for this purpose.

We are well aware of the properties of nichrome, as a material, having used it for a great many purposes.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
