At the last Conference a Committee was formed comprising of - PN {Mr Northey} , EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} , Hy {Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} Rg {Mr Rowledge} and myself to examine the Cars at the Shows and to purchase a car which closely resembled Goshawk(Aero Engine)(Codename for 20HP Car / Aero Engine after Kestrel(Aero Engine)) 11.

It would be helpful if we could meet in the Rolls-Royce Rooms in Kensington Crescent. This was suggested by CJ.

Would it be possible for 4 or 5 of us to obtain Lunch there on Friday the 11th.inst.
