PEREGRINE(Experimental Bentley car never produced / Aero Engine) STARTER MOTOR. Confirming our conversation, our preliminary calculations on the above indicate that an armature having about 136 active conductors would be suitable and we should like to have your views as to whether a 17 slot armature having 2 coils per slot of 4 turns per coil of say 18 SWG wire is practicable. Alternatively as suggested by you a 34 slot armature with two coil per slot of two turns per coil. Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Wst. | ||
