JAPAN(Experimental Engine) 3. FRAME.

We should of course find it a great advantage if we could have had a new frame, but we presume that this is out of the question at any rate for the moment.
Is it possible that we can alter the front end without much trouble or expense. We should like to carry the parallel portion of the frame further along towards the front, and we should like to lift the front shackle.
If this is out of the question is it possible that we can set up the front of the frame a small amount.
