To BY {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /RD. from EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer}
EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/LG24.4.29.
We are now able to say that the modified armature winding diagram D. {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} 71998 is correct for the inverted type of dynamo to be fitted to S.S. chassis giving, as it does, the required angle of retard of the main brushes of 90°.
Also the angle between the positive main brushes and the control brushes is to remain at 122°.
