There are many considerations arising out of this subject with all types, which we are very anxious to discuss with you soon - especially arising out of your Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 7/LG28.11.24 and Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 4/LG31.3.25. We propose having a discussion on this matter at Derby, and I shall be accompanied by H. {Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} and CWB. in order that we may meet at a round-table all those interested in this subject, such as BK {A. Birkett - Commercial Manager} , HM {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} , EF, Mx {John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} and yourself. Having regard to existing arrangements this end, I propose that we might come to Derby on Thursday, the 30th inst. arriving by the 1 o'clock train and returning by an evening train after the discussion.
