Hub Serrations - Bentley. ------------------------ With reference to your memo RHC {R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} /SB. {Mr Bull/Mr Bannister} 1/MC.8.4.38, the question of having to fit an over-size broached hub with brake drum complete, brings this into another unnecessary cost. The fitting of a new brake drum would mean that the brake straps would have to be re-adjusted and re-bedded. We do not wish to have to touch the brakes. I have discussed this with RHC. {R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} and a suggestion of a drawbroach was thought to be a possible solution. Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /GWH. {George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} | ||
