There are certain features of the latest petrol tank for the New Phantom(Codename for PHANTOM I) which have not yet been inspected by Sales. In particular it is understood that the air release pipe is modified from the one fitted to 11-EX, which tank was not approved also as regards the size and finish of the petrol gauge dial.

It is understood that EAC 8 has been modified in this respect and is fitted with a petrol tank it is proposed to standardise.

Will you please arrange therefore that Sales have an opportunity of inspecting this tank in London at as early a date as possible.
