A number of rear shock absorber parts were sent to the above at Waltham Works, Beverly, E. {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Yorks, in January last, in accordance with your memo' Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /Les5/AP.19.1.37.

It was stated that these would be returned to us. We wrote you on the 20th April D {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} /BP/WH22/DH. {D. Henderson - Showroom} 29.4.37. asking whether we should be in order in writing Mr. Armstrong for the return of the parts, but we have not received a reply.

Will you please let us know whether it is intended that Mr. Armstrong should keep the parts and pay for them, or whether they are still to be considered on loan.
