Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 4/AD22.10.29, in which you stated that you would like to know if any examination of the dynamo was made when the above chassis was at 'N' Dept. to have the Ballast changed. We regret to say 'N' Dept. did not examine the dynamo or the shunt coil of the cut-out, so that we cannot give you any information regarding same. Hm. {Capt. W.
