Attention: Mr. Ratcliffe

Dear Sirs,

DC-42 CARBURETTER

In connection with the fitting of a thicker strangler flap to this carburetter in order to overcome the trouble which you have had in the past regarding the sticking of the strangler flap in the closed position, we shall be glad if you will kindly return to us the 7/7/38 carburetter in your possession with the thicker flap fitted, in order that we may fit the relief valve the opposite way round and make also the other modifications which are necessary to enable you to obtain all that you wish from this carburetter.

We shall return it to you with the least possible delay.

Yours faithfully,
THE ZENITH CARBURETTER CO. LTD.

AEP/KD

A.E. Palmer.
