| - 3 - There is therefore at the moment very little that can be done until we get H.D.A's report on the bearings which Mr. Richards took away with him, as he will check for analysis on both edges of the bearings, that is the soft side and the hard side to see whether there is any segregation, magnesium or other content which affects this, and he will also make checks of treatment to obtain the desired hardness figure, providing, of course, the analysis is correct.
