R. {Sir Henry Royce} considers it advisable, if CJ. agrees, that we should provide Cy. with a copy of all experiments made at Derby to avoid a repetition of these being made at Springfield and to let the American Co. see that we are doing a considerable amount of research work, which can naturally be done more accurately with the Derby resources than could possibly be the case at Springfield at present.
