| x7380. To Sg. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} From Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 1/WJ.1.1.30. PHANTOM 11 SUBFRAMES. The subframe on WJ-1 is of an odd type. It was a subframe which was made originally for a left-hand chassis. It was afterwards agreed to use it up on production. The cross member in this subframe is in a slightly different position to suit the central change. Except for this one car, with either type of subframe it is possible to remove the gear box lid. {A.
