29th April, 1938.

Messrs. John Thompson Motor Pressings Ltd.,
Beacon Works,
WOLVERHAMPTON.

For the attention of Mr. Hunt.

Dear Sirs,

Further to our letter of the 25th inst. concerning the 3 short frames which you are now producing, we are now enclosing detail drawings of the rear boxing F.B.3809/10. Will you please produce and fit these parts complete with lightening holes.

As the lightening holes in the side members, gussets and cruciforms are changing daily, we suggest these are not put on for the present.

We are also sending you a new arrangment drawing, which shows extra body brackets etc. which we shall want you to rivet to the sidemembers.

We have given the necessary instructions and hope that by the 16th of May you will have all the remaining frame parts from us and the latest drawings showing lightening holes.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
