re. STEERING - 40/50 HP.

20-SC. Offord. for Mr. Bruce Gardner.

With further reference to the latter portion of my EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} 11/H25.3.26. I have now received instructions from Sales that the stiffening bracket referred to should be fitted on the above car.

The chassis has been despatched from the Works just over a month and is at present having the body fitted in London.

Arrangements are already in hand for a new type steering to be fitted to this car ( EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} 1/H22.3.26). Sales ask if the stiffening bracket can be fitted at the same time. If the stiffening bracket is fitted to the above car, arrangements should also be made for it to be fitted to Mr. Geoffrey Summers' car, 117-MC, now at the Coachbuilders.
