Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X402 E.4/HP.5.7.32. re Peregrine(Experimental Bentley car never produced / Aero Engine). Following telephone conversation with you this afternoon regarding stroke of Peregrine(Experimental Bentley car never produced / Aero Engine), I had a few words with Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} on the subject, and he agrees with me that the performance of the Peregrine(Experimental Bentley car never produced / Aero Engine) will not suffer by the reduction of its stroke from 4.125" to 4; provided we reduce the axle ratio by approximately 3%.
