Gordon Thomas, Esq.,
7, The Crescent,
Taunton.

Dear Sir,

In reply to your letter of the 15th inst., we regret that you have not received the Calorstat which we promised to send you. There has been some confusion here in the instructions, and the Calorstat was not despatched. This has been rectified, however, and you should receive the Calorstat within the next day or two.

The writer has not seen the letter which you addressed to Bentley Motors: he would like you to let him know the running temperature which you get with the new Calorstat fitted. The old one should be returned to the Works and marked "For the attention of Mr. C.S. Steadman".

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
