Rudge-Whitworth Limited TELEGRAMS, TELEPHONE RUDGE. 1104. COVENTRY. Coventry. Wednesday, 27th. June, 1923. Dear Mr. Hives, In connection with the Queen's Dolls' House which is being built in all respects to 1/12th scale including Pictures, Mowing Machines, Bicycles, Motor Cars and Furniture, we, in addition to making some 1/12th scale Bicycles and Motor Bicycles, made some 1/12th scale model Rudge-Whitworth Patent Triple Spoked Detachable Wire Wheels and inner hubs. These wheels have been very nicely made and are accurate to scale in almost all respects including the serrations and they are so attractive that I got our French Company to make some little stands for them and I should be very glad if you would accept one of these wheels and stands from us. They are not only very beautiful models but have some slight utility as paper weights. Yours faithfully, John Pugh T. Hives Esq., Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd., Nightingale Road, D E R B Y. | ||
