Seeking clarification on actions required for a set of Rudge Whitworth wheels.

We do not understand what the Rudge Whitworth people wish us to do. We see no object in making a detailed inspection. The wheels were inspected when they were here. Do they wish us to return these wheels? At the present time they are running on a car - if we take them off and change the hubs, we shall not want to put them back again.
