In many cases concerning complaints from customers where the chassis No. is given, we do not know whether it is refering to 20 H.P. or 40/50 H.P. It would be a convenience to us if this could be definitely stated every time. For instance, there is a case of J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Bartram Chassis GCK.76. This particular case is under our consideration and we should like to see the letter which was sent to this customer.

We shall be taking up the matter with BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} of making a defimite proposal to this customer of a modified armature which so far as we can see at present will give him all the output he requires at high speed, but will be late in cutting-in.
