3.B.4.

We are sending this car over to the Repair Dept for overhaul before sale.

Engine. We should like you to return the cyl. head and Induction pipe, these are exptl. parts and as we have no replacements, will you please use stock parts.

The front engine mounting is early exptl. and should be changed, the original mounting is in the rear of the car.

The Delco Remy ignition should be changed to RR.

Flywheel & Clutch.
This is a 10" Borg & Beck fitted with centrifugal assistance, which should be removed and returned to the experimental.

With regard to the engine and bearings, if you will let Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swindall know when the engine is stripped he will examine same.

The cooling is by thermostat and fixed radiator shutters. Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} agreed these could be left on the chassis.

Gearbox. This has an overdrive which it is agreed can be left on.

Rear Axle. 10 x 43 ratio. This is O.K. but the ratio is not standard.

Frame. We have some supports bolted on the underside of the frame, these should be taken off and scrapped.
