Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} said he agreed that these six points are of
great importance and he will take steps to urge
them.

In reply to a question by Nor. RRG. stated that he
expected to have a second SpectreCodename for Phantom III chassis ready
for body fitting this week but that the chassis
would not be fitted with its units - the units
would be worked on in parallel with the chassis.

H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} said that the Wraith engine instructions would
be completed to-day and he wished to transfer the
men who had been working on the Wraith to SpectreCodename for Phantom III
and this is one of the reasons why he is in urgent
need of information on the six points mentioned above.

Nor. emphasised the fact that the SpectreCodename for Phantom III was one
of the most urgent jobs on the ground particularly
in view of the fact that the Phantom production
would be completed by the end of May.

He informed everyone present that SpectreCodename for Phantom III and Merlin
must receive precedence and that they are to be re-
garded as the two most important jobs which we have
to-day.

It was decided to meet again to discuss the SpectreCodename for Phantom III
on Monday, February 11th.
