DERBY.

Dear Mr. Robotham,

Many thanks for your letter of the 24th instant, which has only arrived here this morning.

I am interested to hear of your conversation during your recent visit to America, with Mr. Graham of Graham Paige's. I shall take the opportunity of discussing this matter with Mr. Liardet, the General Manager. In the meantime, am I correct in assuming that we should be in order in writing to Mr. Graham and making reference to the fact that the information has been conveyed to us by your goodself?

I was sorry to miss you during our last visit to Derby, but I was told at that time that you had recently paid a visit to the United States. When next we meet I shall look forward to hearing what you thought of their most recent developments.

With kind regards,

Yours sincerely,
Henry Spurrier Jnr{Charles L. Jenner}
