H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Spurrier, Esq., Jnr.{Charles L. Jenner},
Leyland Motors Ltd.,
Leyland, LANCS.

Dear Mr. Spurrier,

When I was recently in America, Mr. Graham, of Graham Paige's, told me he was proposing to manufacture Diesel power plants. I presume that he had in mind the manufacture of commercial vehicles. He said that if there was any possibility of Graham Paige working with Leylands to manufacture under licence, he would be very glad to know about it.

The whole of the Graham personnel have always been particularly nice to any of our people who have been visiting America, and, in my opinion, they would be exceptionally easy to work with.

Yours sincerely,
