Front Suspension of SpectreCodename for Phantom III II for France. --------------------------------------- Will you please arrange for the necessary design alterations to be made, so that the above car can go to France with the following specification, and at the same time be the correct height from the ground. (1) Spring initial deflection, 5" for simple lever mechanism. (2) At least 4" wheel movement towards rebound. This will necessitate reducing the bump wheel movement to 3".
