BENTLEY II.

LOW SPEED WOBBLES ON 6.B.IV IN FRANCE.
These only occurred when the front brakes were non-standard, and has never happened on any other car fitted with large tyres.

2nd HALF OF 'M' SERIES.
Most of the bar and billet and many stampings are in for the whole of 'M' Series. Can a decision be made whether these cars will be built ?

THIN ENGINE OILS.
Use on customers' cars to obtain information on cylinder bore wear.

BENTLEY III.

DISC WHEELS.
Bentley III will have to have wire wheels to which of course external discs can be fitted. Pressed steel wheels in conjunction with the semi-floating axle start on B.50.

This has not yet been done.

BENTLEY BQ.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT.
Parts which Lucas could make at £13.17.9 (+ say 25% overheads on bought-out parts) when made to the new R.R. design cost £23.18.2. See memo Ly/Hml/B.4.1.38.

VISIBILITY.
Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} criticises the mock-up of B.50 and wishes to draw attention to "The Motor" of May 3 concerning the 4½-litre Lagonda.
