S/W Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Y5260 C11/C17.11.26. Re Louvres on Bonnets ------- Further to our C1/C12.11.26. this is not quite correct, inasmuch as Sales generally thought that the appearance would be improved if the louvres themselves went up 3/8" higher, which is in accordance with the painted leather panels we sent you in the first instance. It is therefore considered that a louvred bonnet to drawing E.53916 but with the dimension from the top of the first louvre at the radiator end to the top of the bonnet side being 3 1/4" will give the most satisfactory appearance and it is considered that a standardisation sheet accordingly might be circulated without further trial.
