X 8774 To BY/HEB.{H. Biraben} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/KT.10.2.31. PHANTOM I. 10-EX. With reference to By/HEB{H. Biraben}1/M5.2.31. We did not observe that your E.A.C. print showed subframe brackets. You are correct in assuming that 10-EX. has no subframe brackets, the body being fixed direct to the chassis. 10-EX. was fitted with a cast dashboard but it was not moved 1 5/8" forward as far as we can ascertain. We confirm that the car had 'D' type steering and levers. As far as we know, this car was not fitted with wider track rear axles. It had Hartford's at the front and rear. We think that this answers all your queries. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
