With reference to BY/HEB{H. Biraben}3/M12.2.31.

(1) We have a definite record that we fitted a cast dash F.77858.

(2) We are practically certain that the dash was not pushed 1 1/4" forward.

(3) The steering fitted was to LOP.F77927, and the pedals LOP.F78229. Accelerator and LOP.F76470 clutch and brake.

Considering that Sales have the chassis we cannot understand why they cannot pass it on to the coachbuilder or at any rate let them measure up the distance from the bottom of the steering wheel to the top of the frame, and from the pedals to the dashboard, so satisfying themselves on the one point upon which the issue appears to be doubtful.
