X.2894 - TUNGSTEN CONTACTS.

Further to our EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 3/T3.1.21, my assistant reports to me that owing to the Tungsten contacts on the blade being deeper than the standard platinum contact, the faces of the Tungsten may not come flat together when these blades and screws are fitted. Therefore, I should like this point to be watched in fitting these as it is not giving the Tungsten a fair chance unless flat contact with the faces is made to take place.
