For your information, we have received a memo from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.{Ivan A. Leslie} Experimental Department, reference Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.II/KW.7.5.36, informing us that investigations are being made concerning the initial clearances for bushes. In view of this, we hope that the reamer which you are having prepared for us will be quite suitable. We mention this because we do not want to go to the expense of purchasing a reamer and then find that, in a short time, the initial clearance between the bushes and the main lever have been altered.
