We are having an epidemic of juddering trouble with the above. Several which have been fitted for a few months have been brought back to us with bad jaggers, and frequently we have had the trouble immediately that we have fitted the liners, although every care has been taken with the bedding, etc. We are very puzzled as to what is the actual cause of the trouble. Mechanically, everything appears to be perfect. We feel we should like your help as regards an investigation, and we are wondering if you could arrange to come to London when we have a typical case in hand. Of course it would be necessary for you to come at short notice, as naturally when a customer has to send his car in for specific trouble, invariably it is wanted back at the earliest possible moment. We will, however, give you as much notice as possible, but in the meantime, we should like to know that you agree to our suggestion. Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} | ||
