Graphite Bronze Clutch Liners.
20/25 H.P.

Thanks for Br.3/H.25.5.39.

We are very concerned at the recent trouble experienced especially in view of the very large number that have been fitted successfully since the end of 1937.

We suspect some possible change in the nature of the facing material, as this appears to be the only variable factor, and we have already 'phoned Vandervell Products, but they have not been advised by the Cleveland Graphite Co. U.S.A. of any change in the specification.

Until we have further information we do not think there would be any point in the writer visiting N. because after discussing the matter with GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} it appears you have already tried everything we can suggest at the moment.

We will of course write you further when we have anything to suggest.
