X.2894 - TUNGSTEN CONTACT POINTS.

We should be glad to know, if you can trace these, exactly what happened to the standard battery ignition blade and screw fitted with tungsten points removed from the Delco Liberty ignition set, which we sent to Mr. Royce under cover of our EFC8/T24.9.20 and referred to in our EFC7/T24.1.21 and EFC3/T28.1.21.

This was one of three sets, one of the other two of which were sent to U.S.A. on 4 EX, and the result of which we cannot trace; the other one of which we ran on our bench test and reported in our EFC7/T24.1.21.

It would be a pity if the result of the running of these points on your car at West WitteringHenry Royce's home town should not be known by us, if possible, and recorded.

EFC.
