Contd. -2- EFC2/T5.9.21. contained in his Cyl/G18.7.21, in which he states that three connections are made to each condenser plate at equal distances. Even with this number of connections, we found that this amount of capacity (.5 mf) is still not quite as effective on our own ignition as two of our own condensers, totalling .43 mf. placed in parallel. In connection with the Gos.II battery ignition, we hope soon to have the new Bosch sets and to go completely into the question of the electrical quantities of the two ignitions, as was done previously in arranging those of our present standard chassis ignition. In the case of the U.S.A. Bosch battery ignition, it will be remembered that different values of ballast resistance wire supplied to enable this to be used either as a 6 volt or 12 volt battery ignition. EFC. | ||
