ROY{Sir Henry Royce}4/MG30.11.25.

The Action for Infringement brought by the Autovac Company against the Grav-Vac Syndicate, of Porthcawl, South Wales, has just been concluded after 15 days trial before Justice Russell, of the Chancery Division, and Judgment is expected in about 10 days time.

Meantime attached is a booklet (the only copy they have sent) from the Grav-Vac Syndicate, on their Apparatus.

I think we are all agreed that the Autovac Company, for a long time, have taken undue advantage of their Patent position, and in the interests of the Industry as a whole one's good wishes are with the Grav-Vac Syndicate for the fight they have put up.

Many of the components in the Autovac are made by Braime, of Leeds, at the price of only a few pence per each, and we are paying the Autovac Company no less than 42/- for the apparatus.

You will recollect the Autovac people were coming here with a demonstration car fitted with their latest type apparatus, but evidently they have postponed their visit in view of the legal action mentioned above.

ROY.{Sir Henry Royce}
