INDIA TYRE & RUBBER COMPANY LTD. TELEPHONES: PAISLEY 4141/5. OUR REF. PW/HDE. YOUR REF. INCHINNAN SCOTLAND TELEGRAMS: INDIAOWL, RENFREW. 17th December, 1934. W. A.{Mr Adams} Robotham, Esq., Messrs. Rolls-Royce Limited, DERBY. Dear Mr. Robotham, Lord Rothes has sent me a copy of his letter of December 15th addressed to you. We note that you would like us to send you 2 tyres of the new type and we will be sending these tyres to you on Friday 21st December. In connection with the design we would like to point out that we have changed the buttress slightly and these 2 tyres are not exactly like the 15 that we sent to France. This change was made as a matter of appearance only and should have no affect on the performance of the tyres. We should be glad to have your opinion regarding the tyres after you have made your tests. Yours faithfully, INDIA TYRE & RUBBER COMPANY LIMITED. Paul Worth. Works Manager. | ||
