Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your various correspondence. I note that the sample buffer which you sent is not the Humber buffer and that its price is very high. Possibly it is a far superior buffer.

I think under the circumstances it would be best if we payed your firm a visit next Monday 28th.

I am very keen to get a true impression of your articles and their cost. Will you please let me know whether Monday will be convenient for a visit to your Factory.
