For the attention of Mr. Skinner.

Dear Sirs,

With reference to the high lift pumps we have ordered from you, and for which we undertook to make the magnet pots, we would be glad if you would supply us with the necessary material in bar form, so that we can get them machined without delay.

During the period which you are modifying pumps we will have to arrange that you make us a delivery of new pumps each week consisting of at least 31 25/30 and 14 Bentley type pumps.

We are fully aware that your testing arrangements are strained to their fullest capacity and hope you will be able to make us the delivery with as little reduction in the modification output as possible. New pumps should be advised as such as come through the usual channels to avoid confusion.

We have asked today for the majority of modified pumps to be of the Bentley type and subsequent supplies should be about 2 25/30 HP. and 1 Bentley.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
