We understand that a frame to the latest design (F.CP.139) has been ordered, and will be here in about one month. We suggest that if a chassis is built up immediately or approximately so, with this frame, it is time we put in hand a modified dummy chassis and a body, if we are not again going to let the body hold up the running of the car, as in the case of 1-B-5.
