New design of light axle to be arranged with stronger bolts - X.143. X/3Y

Mr Barrington reported to Mr Royce on 24/1/13 that this experiment was waiting for the D.O. Mr Royce remarks in his memo R8/B26213 :-

"Surely this has already been done with axles on the road."

Will Mr Bailey kindly let us know the facts of the case.
