S/W. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X8230 CWB12/GM/13.6.27. SQUEAKING AND STICKING OF EXHAUST BUTTERFLY BAFFLE. With reference to Hsl/LG28.5.27, in which you report you have a modification which enables this valve to be easily lubricated; we would wish to have this lubricator fitted to 70-EF and 103-MC. as soon as possible. Is it possible for the lubricator to be fitted at Bond Street by the drivers, or failing that at Cricklewood, or must you have the car at Derby? If either of the two former arrangements are possible will you please forward the necessary parts and instructions so that we may fit it, otherwise we must take the earliest opportunity of sending the cars to Derby for you to fit.
