Thanks for the copy of letter you have
sent to Mr.Brooker dated the 18th inst. regarding the oil.
I quite agree with you.

The view I had taken was that you asked
them if they made a mineral oil that could be used for the
purpose in question, to which they do not appear to have made
a clear answer, but merely said that their ordinary oil was
suitable.
