Messrs. Tangye advise they are not yet in a position to put forward any scheme for the supply of Jacks suitable for 40/50 HP. Chassis at a figure less than 42/- each.

The Experimental Shop advise they do not propose circulating a standardization sheet for such jacks unless Messrs. Tangye can put forward a figure more in keeping with that ruling for the 20-HP. Tangye Jack. In the meantime we are continuing the use of the Dunlop Jack on the 40/50 Chassis.

Are you in accord please?

ROY. {Sir Henry Royce}
