Rotor & Blade

The rotor moulding is the same as fitted to all of the new double breaker distributors. but modified by fitting a bakelite projection on the underside to act as a fan. The rotor blade is a straight strip of pure nickel with the trailing edge deleted & it is secured to the rotor by one 5BA screw in place of the usual two. The fan and rotor are shown in the sketches below.
