Royce - Buyer} c. to Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} STEERING WHEELS Bluemels have brought out a spring steering wheel with finger impressions on the outer ring, which they have machined and broached, on their own initiative, to our Drawing F.71809DC, (see 40HP) If we are interested, they would be only too pleased to put forward a proposal for such Wheels. I understand this is the type of Wheel used on the Bentley car in the Le Mans circuit. It is made with a strip of spring steel partly covered with celluloid. ROY. {Mr H.
