RE FLEXIBLE WHEEL FOR EXPERIMENTAL PURPOSES

Dear "Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}",

Some time ago I mentioned to you that I had come across a flexible steering wheel which appeared to have certain virtues. I have since had one fitted to my own car, and find it so interesting that I have procured one at cost price, viz Fcs.175.- with a blank boss, which would be suitable for you to adapt to a Rolls-Royce.

I suggest you do this; the wheel is made by "ROUGIER" the French racing driver of renown.

It has been sent ower to Conduit Street, and I have asked them to forward it to you.

Ps.
