Photostat reproduction options for single and double-page diagram schemes in instruction books.

With a view to determining the foregoing point we should be glad if you would send us photostat reproductions of each diagram as near as possible to the size they would appear if made for the single page scheme, and also to the size they would appear if made for the double page scheme. We can then judge to some extent which should be used. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} We realise that the diagrams will have to be rearranged for production somewhat and the printing altered, for example it will be probably necessary to turn the technical diagram through 90° to suit the size of the book that Mr. Royce wishes to adapt namely, like that used for our aero engine instruction books 5½" x 8½". The technical diagram will not be printed in colours, only the practical one. If you will send us the photostats as indicated we will then instruct you further. | ||
